Hello! My name is Fernanda - Fer for short.
I'm 29 years old, originally from Mexico, and I moved to NYC a few years ago.
My experience as a babysitter began in Mexico, where I cared for children while studying for my Marketing degree. I'm passionate about providing the highest level of quality childcare, have a genuine love for working with children, and ensure the safety and well-being of children under my supervision. I strive always to create a safe and stimulating environment for children.
I consider myself a very patient, organized, and kind person, which allows me to interact more harmoniously with children. I firmly believe in teaching children good manners and creating clear boundaries early on, as this ensures they can make responsible decisions in the future.
My favorite activities with children are outdoor ones, such as picnics, playing at the playground or parks, organizing playdates, and visiting museums. However, I also like to have fun and be creative when we stay at home. This may include random dance parties, impromptu movie nights, playing with Legos, doing arts and crafts, reading books, or learning Spanish.
In my free time, I like to explore the city. I enjoy visiting museums, trying new restaurants, running, spending time with family, and traveling.
