A little bit about me…
My name is Brenda, I'm 28 years old, and I’m originally from Mexico. My first language is Spanish but I have excellent English. I'm very responsible and organized and always patient and kind.
While with kids, I prefer to be very active. I enjoy outdoor activities so whenever weather permits, I love the park or to organize play dates. On bad weather days, I love activities that develop creativity. Crafts, telling stories, reading books, singing and dancing. I try to avoid the use of electronic devices and prefer to use other available options that help me keep kids entertained and engaged.
I think it is very important to instill manners in children. I also like to create age-appropriate habits that help kids learn how to be self-sufficient. Such as picking up your plate and taking it to the sink when you finish eating, and washing your hands before returning to play, just to give an an example.
Aside from experience with babies and toddlers, I also worked with kids with special needs.
