HI everyone, My name is Aga, and I’m originally from Poland.
My favorite part of working as a babysitter is seeing the kids' faces light up when they learn something new or achieve a milestone. Their joy and curiosity are incredibly rewarding and keep me passionate about this work. My proudest moment in babysitting was when I helped a shy, reserved child become more confident and social. Over a few weeks, I encouraged him through interactive play and positive reinforcement. Seeing him proudly introduce himself and make friends at a birthday party was truly heartwarming and reminded me why I love work.
The toughest part of working as a babysitter is balancing different children's needs and emotions, especially during challenging moments like tantrums or sibling conflicts. However, with patience, understanding, and effective communication, these challenges can be transformed into opportunities for growth and learning.
In Poland I worked as nurse in emergency department where I also gained experience working with with tiny newborns.
